Kit is an enthusiast and an unyielding optimist, and he spreads his energetic, entertaining message of positivity and hope to the corporate world and his community... Born and raised in Atlanta, he graduated with a B.B.A. from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia. Kit has worked with Fortune 500 companies, as well as having many years of ministry and professional speaking experience. Working with a variety of different companies, organizations and teams, Kit has devoted himself to teaching, coaching and training for many years, speaking to thousands of people around the country, as well as overseas. After beginning his career in the music industry, Kit later developed and led groups where he mentored entertainers and athletes. Trips to Kenya, the Philippines, South Africa, East Germany, Scandinavia and the Dominican Republic helped Kit to learn about the "Human Condition" and to develop a heart for helping people. Whether it was teaching people about AIDS in the slums of Kibera outside of Nairobi; or serving the homeless people of Smokey Mountain in Manila; or gathering at a multi-racial service with the liberated people of Post-Apartheid Soweto in Johannesburg; or walking among the impoverished communist citizens of East Berlin behind "The Wall"; or simply watching the little children playing in the hurricane-torn streets of Santo Domingo-- Kit came to realize that people are the same all over the world, however, some of the least fortunate ones sometimes have the most exceptional attitudes...

Kit has a passion for helping people: he serves as a counselor for the Atlanta Union Mission; he serves as an instructor with Hays State Prison and KAIROS; he serves as a director with Project KARMA, an organization devoted to youth gang intervention; as well as serving on the advisory board with Hope Worldwide GA, an organization devoted to helping the poor and needy. Kit spreads much needed, life-changing good news to the corporate world, the prisons, the schools and the streets... With over twenty years of experience in various levels of leadership, Kit has excelled as a coach and a teacher where he offers keys and principles that inspire people to see things differently, adjust their thinking and reach new heights. With a motivational style that combines inspiration and humor, Kit's high energy program connects with all types of diverse audiences, whether it be training in small workshops or delivering keynote speeches at large events and seminars. Kit has spoken to a wide variety of audiences over the years: he fired up the University of Georgia football team before their opening game in 2000; he encouraged and instructed a meeting of brokers and bankers in the aftermath of 9/11; he's taught large groups of students about "Living Life On Purpose"; he's taught public speaking courses to professional speakers; he has given men hope and courage at prisons and recovery centers; he has inspired people to "Aim Higher" in places as far away as Africa and Asia, in addition to the many people he has uplifted in different companies and organizations here-- on average, Kit delivers over 150 dynamic presentations per year.

Today people are being bombarded with "drama"-- politics, the economy, the war, health concerns-- and being drained of their vital energy. With so much bad news and negativity surrounding us at work and in the media, people have begun to EXPECT more bad news and unconsciously started looking for it-- and we tend find what we look for... Kit's presentations are not only motivational and entertaining, but he also leaves people with specific tools and techniques that they can begin to use immediately to rise above the stress and anxiety produced by the current circumstances surrounding us.
